About the role
The primary goal of this role is to provide objective level of customer service. To ensure 100% inventory accuracy for all Enphase owned products at all the distribution centres & manufacturing sites through cycle counts process. This Role will also cater to Requirements from Management for Specialized Reporting and Analytics for Senior Management.
What you will do
- Manage inventory accuracy in all the DCs (Distribution Centres) & CMs (Contract Manufacturing sites).
- Manage & coordinate Global returns of materials to DCs.
- Run & schedule reports in the system (Oracle Fusion).
- Reconcile & prepare cycle counts variance reports - Excel.
- Assist in root cause analysis for inventory variance.
- Coordinate with DCs & CMs to perform the cycle counts on the scheduled dates & follow up for the reports.
- Work with IT team to fix the systematic errors.
- Work with DCs & CMs to ensure timely Receipts of Goods.
- Ensure data integrity for all the data, parameters & reports.
- Assist in driving continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate & work with IT to develop new reports related to the Job.

Who you are and what you bring
- Educational requirement is a must: B-Tech or B.E
- MBA - TIER 1 or 2 Institute (Specialization in Supply chain or Operations).
- 0-2 years of experience in Supply chain management / Logistics / Inventory management.
- Experience in working in office suite (proficiency with MS Excel).
- Strong knowledge on Oracle or other ERP systems would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams.
- Flexible to work in different time zones & able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good learner, proactive and team player.
- Ability to prioritize work and complete task effectively.
